Job Description: Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, to administer physical therapy treatment according to established professional standards and uphold patient safety in all interactions. To complete patient-related documentation ensuring content and timeliness to meet professional requirements and legal/regulatory specifications. To participate in clinical training of assigned students and interns. To work in Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation and/or Outpatient areas as assigned. Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy Program required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed, eligible to be licensed or having a temporary license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) according to the rules and regulations of the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
