Our client is currently looking for a Bookkeeper & Payroll processor to join their busy team in the Bordon area. They have a great environment and you will often find that they have friendly dogs in the office. The working hours are condensed into 4.5 days so that you receive a Friday afternoon off every week. They will consider part-time candidates.
Responsibilities
* Sales and Purchase Ledger
* Bank and Credit card reconciliation
* Credit Control
* Working with incomplete records
* Posting Journals
* Preparing management accounts
* Preparing year-end file for our accountants
Skills and Knowledge
* Accountancy practice industry experience is essential
* Experience using Xero
* AAT Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher
* Experience running payroll would be a nice to have
Salary and Hours
* Up to £33K
* 37.5 hours - 8.30-6.00 Mon-Thurs and 8.30-1.30 Fri or part-time hours considered
