Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are excited to be working alongside a highly reputable and successful organisation, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk on an ongoing temporary basis with immediate effect. Please note, this is an office-based role, Monday to Friday. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Matching and coding high-volume purchase order invoices Dealing with supplier queries via email, telephone and letter Processing VAT returns Payment runs, processing CHAPS and BACS payments Allocating payments System maintenance: ensuring all records are kept up-to-date Bank reconciliations Y ou will have the following skills and attributes: Ability to work at speed and accuracy Good team player with a positive "can do" attitude Experience working within a fast-pace, high-volume Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Team If you believe you have the skills and experience required to successfully undertake this Accounts Payable Clerk role, then we look forward to receiving your application.
