We are seeking an experienced Home Administrator to join our team at Meadow View Care Home.
This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:
* Provide administrative support to the care home management team
* Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and maintenance of records
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
* Staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and care plans
Requirements:

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
