· Produce, collate and distribute reports, letters and other documents.
· Minute taking,Proof reading,Meet, greet and direct visitors
· To support the administrative work in the consultations/admissions process.
· Responsible for keeping information in order for auditing purposes in line with Millie, Ofsted and CQC requirements
· Operate college diary and inform staff of visitors and guests.
· 1. To be responsible for and able to evidence own personal development by undertaking relevant training, attending meetings, conferences and events ensuring that you are updated in all matters relevant to the role within your Personal Development Plan agreed with your manager
· To carry out additional duties and tasks that may be required within the range of the responsibilities of the pos
· Maintain both electronic and paper-based files, spread sheets and databases.
· To use a range of information systems to process and update data and provide management information to the Leadership team and other stakeholders.
· To assist with administration of the SCR (Single Central Record) and ensure that information is up to date from staff's HR files
· To assist with checking that ILR (Individualised Learner Record) information is in place ready for submission. Responding to verbal and written enquiries from external parties, parents/carers and internal staff as appropriate.
