Job Title: Divisional Manager Social HousingLocation: LincolnshireSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car and Fuel Card / or Car AllowanceClient Overview:Our client is a leading provider in the social housing sector, offering repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services. They are currently seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to oversee their operations in Lincolnshire. This is a key leadership role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of ongoing contracts and meeting performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of social housing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment contracts across Lincolnshire.
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, from initial job instruction to completion.Monitor Performance: Track the division's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure set targets are met, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality service.
