We are currently hiring a Finance Administrator full time (perm) and a Sales Ledger Administrator (temp).
Job Summary
1. To administer and process treasury transactions and clear entries for bank reconciliations in accounting systems.
2. To ensure administer and process company credit card claims and employee expenses and ensure prompt payment (including appropriate authorisation).
3. To support resolving financial transactions throughout the working capital cycle where additional approvals/action is required within the wider business.
4. To monitor expenditure in areas of the business and report as required.
5. To provide support to colleagues within the Finance function.
6. To help with other ad-hoc administration processes within the Finance function.
Key Accountabilities
1. To ensure the accurate posting of staff expense claims to the correct accounts and in the correct reporting periods.
2. To accurately post data on to the Company’s dedicated database (SAP).
3. To ensure treasury transactions are recorded promptly.
4. To work to strict timelines to enable accurate, timely reporting.
5. To reconcile bank statements and any other relevant reporting monthly.
6. To chase outstanding actions to resolve any problems arising.
7. To accurately process transactions onto spreadsheets.
8. To provide departmental support to colleagues as required.
