Role Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to support our eCommerce and help optimize the customer experience across our international websites. This role is ideal for someone interested in eCommerce and looking to start their career. Training will be provided, so previous experience is not required—just a strong interest in eCommerce and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Upload new products to our Shopify stores and ensure they look their best.
* Work closely on brand protection and monitoring, managing trademarks and working with external agencies to protect the brand.
* Assist with new product launches and manage imagery in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Learn to track and analyze product and website performance using on-site analytics.
* Build web pages using Shopify and optimize the customer experience.
* Manage website admin, working with developers and the team to implement new projects.

We’re looking for a candidate who:
* Has a strong interest in eCommerce, marketing, or data analysis.
* Is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute ideas.
* Enjoys working as part of a team and has good communication skills.
* Is capable of working on their own but also as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
