In this role, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services that meet the needs of our service users.
What You'll Be Doing:
* As the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
* Provide strong leadership and effective management to ensure the smooth running of the branch office and staff teams.
* Oversee the quality-of-care delivery, ensuring full CQC compliance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), and Care Management Teams.
* Drive business growth while managing budgets and resources effectively.
* Recruit, train, and retain dedicated staff members to uphold our high standards of care.
* Maintain accurate records for both staff and service users.
* Implement and monitor internal audit systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
* Handle complaints effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
* Prepare reports for senior management, keeping them informed of branch performance and compliance.

* Strong organisational skills and IT proficiency.
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
