Local Government income collection, or temporary accommodation experience will be best placed for this role. You will: Monitor and manage accounts in arrears, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding payments. Coordinate repossession processes, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to arrears and repossession activities. Communicate effectively with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the arrears management process. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in the arrears monitoring process.The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in arrears management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in using relevant software and databases.
