If you’d like to work at an innovative fintech with a global footprint that is redefining the industry, then we want you What You'll Do The Principal Consultant will be responsible for working as a subject matter expert around risk decision systems, helping our client facing teams explore client requirements and articulating from your own experience, the value implementing similar systems has generated in the past. You will also work close with Sales and Product teams to help evolve our product roadmap and GTM materials, including external cases studies, blogs and industry round tables. Day to day tasks would include: With Clients Strategically contribute across new and existing accounts, elevate the strategic thinking of key stakeholders within the client Schedule and contribute to various client meetings to position Provenir solutions adding subject matter knowledge/experience Drive successful engagements that cover all the client’s customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. Through discovery sessions, capture requirements, architect outline solution and articulate value proposition of the proposed offering. Manage and maintain effective relationships with various key stakeholders to recommend resolutions as per client requirements. Push the envelope with out-of-the-box solutions. Optimize client experience across the lifecycle from discovery, consideration, evaluation, buy, adoption and retention. Drive value through strategic thinking helping clients to think more broadly about business benefits and system considerations as well as supporting the clients to help drive business cases. Within Provenir Continue to improve competitive intelligence initiatives Harvest best practice from the field to enrich our client value propositions and product roadmap Work closely with senior sales leadership to shape and enhance GTM messaging both for direct client engagements and outbound marketing Through senior client engagement, drive the evolution of our future strategy and vision and shape strategic content Aid the marketing and GTM agenda by providing thought leadership, webinars, event coordination and participation. Create and drive new material which leverages industry knowledge and business practices to continue to enhance the sales process and engagement with existing customers What’s Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Business or Technical subject Experience: 5-10 year's experience working with and implementing business critical systems. 4-5 years in client facing role positioning SaaS products or services Qualifications, Strengths and Skills Experience in Financial services, banking, FinTech, Fraud, Credit Risk, Data Analytics or related verticals is mandatory Experience and technical understanding of different decision systems setup and experience of implementing and driving change through use of decision engines from vendors such as FICO, Experian, GDS, C&R software or Provenir. Demonstrable experience leading technology change projects in Financial Services business Experience giving live demonstrations presenting to small and large audiences Project management/Business ownership experience specific to establishing best practices, process improvements, and implementation of operational controls Experience interacting with clients and various lines of business seeking solutions for enhancing client experience Experience presenting and driving conversations on panels, roundtables and events providing thought leadership and industry insight to the clients and audiences. Enjoys problem-solving complex situations Excellent at time management, able to handle multiple concurrent work engagements, has the business acumen to drive prioritization of work assignments and be a creative problem solvers.
