What you will do in your working day
* Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with customers
* Negotiate Projects and secure the Sale
* Take and undertake calls from customers
* Communicate with other members of the team and other departments
* Organise and file specific Paperwork
* Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork.
* Set up New Customers within the company computer system
* Log and manage conversations within the one diary system
The training you will be getting
* Work based learning
* Level 2 qualification in Customer Service
* Functional Skills in Maths and English, if required
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
* Progression onto full time employment
