A great opportunity has arisen within our dedicated Estate Services Team for a Grounds Maintenance Trainee. Reporting to our local Estate Services Manager, you will be taught how to deliver a consistently high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance service. You will be provided with training, tools and machinery to help you undertake your tasks and we will supply you with a new uniform, safety boots and personal protective equipment. You will need to have the ability to work outside in all weathers and be able to undertake physically demanding work.
Please note that this role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 24 th May 2027. Your main base will be Haywood Way, Hastings.
What youll have
Basic knowledge of ground maintenance duties.
Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations as they apply to this role.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, punctual and professional.
A commitment to listen, learn and demonstrate new skills.
