Senior 3rd Line Support engineer required. Our client is a solution-based company that focuses on delivering the correct technical solution for the client that integrates into their business and future operations. They provide IT services to over 190 hotels across the UK, as well as Wi-Fi, CCTV, phone systems, networking, and many more.
They are now looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer based from their Basingstoke office who can perform a mixture of on-site and remote IT support.
Position Overview
* Taking responsibility for providing IT advice to a selection of our clients
* Travelling out to sites when required
* Overseeing new customer setups and service evaluations
* Logging and resolving IT issues
* Configuration & setup of Active Directory domain controllers with DHCP and DNS
* Installing and configuring VMWare ESXi
* Setting up Wi-Fi access points
* Handling documentation when required
Position Requirements
* Experience as a 3rd Line Engineer
* Full UK Driving License
* Knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP & DNS
* VMWare knowledge
* Setup & deployment of Wi-Fi – not essential
* Previous experience of IT Support to a hotel would be great! – not essential
Position Remuneration
* Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
