We’re looking for a Café and Delivered Hospitality Manager to work within our Venues management team.
This is a very exciting role as you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations in our café; Room 76. You will work with the Events team to maintain a diverse and exciting programme of events throughout the academic year. You’ll work with other bar managers in the Venues team to create and deliver training to an ever-growing team of student staff and Duty Managers. As part of your role managing the café you will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining good relationships with: Caterers, suppliers, regular catering customers including university departments, student groups/societies booking the venues, NUS Trading Team, and summer school clients.
You will be the lead point of contact for internal and external clients looking for catering bookings and venue hire. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside other departments such as Finance, HR and our Catering partners, giving you an opportunity to see how the customer-facing operations connect with the whole organisation.
