Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our established client based in Oldbury on a temporary basis.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the sales department to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Inputting and processing sales orders
2. Accurate data entry through in-house system
3. Ability to manage and update customer accounts
4. Handling customer inquiries
5. Maintaining customer documentation and records
6. Performing general administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience within a similar role is essential
2. Able to support customers
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Computer literate
Hours:
Monday - Thursday
8am - 5pm
Pay Rate:
£11.44 per hour
This is a temporary role for approx. 2 weeks.
