Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Semester : Summer Semester Adjunct Faculty: Massage Therapy Program The instructor will be responsible for preparing and teaching an 11- week, 3 Credit, Massage Therapy course. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an in-person, online and/or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom. Course: HOSP244 Introduction to the Spa Industry Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom and/or online instruction. The compensation rate is $800-$950 per contact hour [or $47.95 - $59.45 [per clinical rate per hour if applicable]. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience. The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows: Education: Bachelor�s degree and a minimum of (5) years related teaching and/or professional work experience related to the teaching assignment shall be considered as meeting the subject/content area requirements. Experience : Minimum of (3) years professional experience in the field of Massage Therapy depending on education. Licensure: Faculty must possess current NH LMT Licensure and current Liability insurance.
