Description The role Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Work hands-on with multiple teams to champion the adoption of agile values, principles and good practices. Help build trust and transparency within teams by promoting a collaborative and communicative environment. Champion an agile mindset to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Facilitate team and cross-team events. Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure transparent goals and priorities. Identify and help remove impediments. Contribute towards ITV’s Agile Delivery community, sharing knowledge and experiences to help build capabilities across the organisation. Leverage tools like Jira to help teams plan, coordinate and optimise flow. Other things we’re looking for (key criteria) A minimum of 3 years experience across Scrum Master and/or Agile Delivery Manager positions. Well-versed in building trust and coaching teams toward self-management and cross-functional behaviours. Interest and understanding of various agile frameworks, methods and good practices. Capable of managing work and dependencies across internal and external partner teams. Experience of using empiricism to drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and predictability. Strong coaching and facilitation skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder demands.
