Job summary The Liaison Team based at QA hospital are looking for an E-Rostering Specialty administrator. We are looking for someone who is: -Highly organised -Has admin experience -Is able to problem solve -Is a good communicator -Works well within a team -Has a can do attitude -Able to use IT software -Has attention to detail The successful candidate should have experience of rostering/rotas or have experience of organising logistics; or managing multiple schedules to ensure the workplace is effectively run as this will be a key part of the job. The core hours for this post are 37.5 per week over a 7 day rota, whilst the team operate over a 24hour period the admin team support during the hours of 8am-6pm. Main duties of the job The post holder will be an integral part of the administration function for the Mental Health Liaison Team and will work closely with the other team members to ensure that a fully comprehensive administrative service is provided.
