Summary of Role
The Growing Healthy Project is developing garden and allotment sites for staff, patients, and the community to work on. We are looking to develop a team of volunteers with practical skills to help with tasks such as building planters, making composters, maintaining or building a shed, and other practical aspects of an allotment.
Working alongside other volunteers and under the Growing Healthy team, you could learn new skills, share your knowledge, experience the feel-good factor of growing and gardening, make a difference, and enjoy healthy food that you have grown!
This could be a great way to share your skills, build your experience, and improve your prospects while making a positive difference.
