My client is urgently seeking an experienced part time Executive Admin Assistant to support them for a 2 year contract. This role is to work 18.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Duties will include; - Diary management including arranging and setting up meetings and managing Senior Manager diaries to maximise their time and manage key priorities, - Assist with logging travel requirements and time away from the office using the online - Support team with any necessary travel, accommodation, conference bookings and catering orders, - Support with filing any expenses claims, - Preparing any agendas or papers for meetings, - Setting up and managing meetings on site, - Supporting the Directorate EAs with any administration duties as required. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a proven track record of working in similar role. You must be proactive with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
