Role Requirements
This role will be working the USA Tech/ Cyber Security market from our Leeds office. Its a great opportunity to work in a market with a really high earning potential, with scope to be a future leader!
* 1-2 years Recruitment experience (tech preferable but not essential)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent match for the client/company
* Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
* Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
* End to end process management for the candidate
* Business development experience is preferable but not essential
* Strong on data inputs and experience using recruiting tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Sourcewhale
