Head of Integration Architecture - 12 months contract - London (Hounslow) - up to £1000 per day Umbrella
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Integration Architecture to lead the integration strategy for our client. This role is pivotal in developing and executing our integration architecture technology strategy to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Development: Create and implement the integration architecture strategy aligned with the overall business goals of the airport company.
2. Roadmap Creation: Translate the integration strategy into a detailed roadmap that outlines investment priorities and transformation initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the integration strategy to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and promoting understanding across the organization.
4. Integration Framework: Establish a robust framework for building and modifying reusable integration components that enhance operational workflows.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and business leaders to identify integration opportunities that improve service delivery and customer experience.
6. Innovation Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in integration solutions.
7. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of integration architects and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
8. Performance Measurement: Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of integration initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience in integration architecture, DevOps, or related roles, preferably in the aviation or transportation sector.
3. Strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies (e.g., API management, microservices architecture).
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
