* Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid HCPC registration
* Experience: Previous experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist or above within the UK,
* Assessment and Planning Skills: Strong abilities in assessment, planning, and risk management, with a focus on personalised, outcome-based care.

Your day-to-day:
* Clinical Care and Caseload Management: Provide direct clinical care through comprehensive OT assessments, treatment, and management for a caseload of residents, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with an MDT, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, and the Activity Coordinator, to create integrated care pathways that support residents' progress and well-being.
* Treatment Planning and Implementation: Assess, implement, and develop individualized OT treatment programs based on diagnosis, assessments, and associated risks, building effective treatment and support plans for each resident.
* Empowering Staff Through Training: Deliver training to the wider care team to enhance care quality and ensure consistent, effective support for residents.
* Professional Supervision and Support: Receive a thorough induction and ongoing support, meeting regularly with the Head Occupational Therapist and other OT colleagues for guidance and supervision.
