Staffline are hiring! We have a new Permanent, Full time vacancy, for an Experienced Specialist Service Administrator
This is an integral role, making sure the depot is operating in an organised, efficient way with excellent Customer satisfaction
The Depots Customers are their top priority, so excellent, professional, customer service experience is essential to this role
Your daily duties will vary, so the ability to multi-task, prioritise and be highly organised is essential, whilst remaining calm in a busy work environment
Experience in a similar role is essential
Duties as a Specialist Service Administrator:
Booking of all customer MOT requirements
Invoicing out on a daily basis, Processing payments
Maintaining and updating of MOT system, Keeping an up to date and accurate record of MOT statistics for audit purposes
Booking monthly MOT requirements for customers
Sending out MOT certificates to customers by recorded delivery and updating book
Sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers
Appointment reminders and follow up to customers
Frequent cover of main/service reception
Point of contact for any enquiries from members of the public and VOSA personnel
General administration duties
The above list is not exhaustive, and as expected in a position of this nature, the employee would be expected to attend to any duty requested as may be deemed necessary to ensure the depot maintains customer service to Company standard
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their: -
Ability to organise / prioritise work on own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.
Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements.
Excellent telephone / customer communication skills.
Capability of working to strict deadlines.

Microsoft office suite
Working hours
Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm
On the odd occasion you may be required to work on a Saturday morning
