SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT Building customer loyalty through providing excellent customer service Learning and keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field to uphold thorough product knowledge. Provide consultative approach to customers requirements and generate a genuine interest in products. Ensure all leads are followed up and maximise all sales opportunities. Receive enquiries and convert into successful sales. Ensure all paperwork is handled efficiently. Work as part of a team and promote maximum efficiency within the department ensuring all necessary procedures are followed. Any other duties commensurate with the post to ensure business objectives are met. PERSON SPECIFICATION Minimum 2 years sales experience in a competitive environment Excellent presentation with a confident ability to demonstrate product knowledge Confidence in communicating with a range of customers Self-motivated individual who can demonstrate a track record of success in previous roles. Persuasive, influential, and self-confident individual with strong interpersonal awareness and communication skills Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Commission (salary dependent on relevant experience) Opening hours; Mon Wednesday 9am 5pm Thursday 9am 8pm Friday 9am 5pm Saturday 9am 1pm Showroom closed weekdays 1-1.45pm for lunch. Sales staff have a specified day off during the week in lieu of late-night Thursday and Saturday morning hours.
