Voids Officer / Housing Repairs / Administration - Immediate start, Mansfield, Competitive rate Your new company We are seeking a dedicated and organised Voids Administrator to join the Housing Repairs Department within the Void Property Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Voids Manager and will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of void property activities with a view of reducing void time and increasing efficiency in the department.Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Housing Repairs Department. Reports to: Voids Manager Working Hours: 37 hours per week.Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Your new role Collecting Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Managing voids administration. Liaising with contractors. Processing invoices and Purchase Orders (POs). Processing evidence and maintaining void paperwork. Utilising QL and Excel for various administrative tasks. What you'll need to succeed Strong organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of Repairs, Voids, and Property Maintenance is advantageous. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal - experience liaising with contractors would be advantageous. Proficiency in using QL and Excel. The ability to work collaboratively with contractors and team members. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation.
