My client, a US Law Firm with a friendly culture and growing London presence, are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their HR department on a permanent basis, in their fast-paced London office, which with this role, will increase to a HR team of 5.
Salary - £40k-£52k (depending on experience level).
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will work for an engaging and empowering Head of HR and alongside another HR Advisor, to deliver a full HR Generalist service, as well as getting involved in variety of specialist HR duties and projects.
Hybrid working - 4 days in office per week, 1 day from home
Key Duties Include:
* Understanding and advising on recruitment needs. Preparing job specifications, liaising with recruitment agents, conducting interviews and preparing offer paperwork.
* Manage low-level Employee Relations cases.
* Providing excellent commercial advice and support to managers and partners on employee relations issues.
* Reviewing progress and development of new joiners throughout probationary periods.
* Conducting exit interviews with leavers, seeking feedback to understand any issues or trends.
* Regularly analysing sickness and absence trends and proactively addressing any issues.
* Managing the internal HR System, ensuring data is up to date and using to compile data and reports.
* Actively engage in D&I work, promoting diversity in the workplace.
The Human Resources Advisor will have a strong understanding of employment law, and employee statutory rights. The right candidate will be commercially aware, have strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication and team working skills. The right candidate will be resilient, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They will also be confident, pro-active with strong emotional intelligence.
