Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Global Labeling Operations to be located in either Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; UK (High Wycombe); Netherlands (Leiden); Belgium (Beerse); Allschwil, or Bern, Zug (Switzerland). Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.,
* Generate and maintain Global Labeling metrics and key performance indicators
* Serve as a key contact for Global Labeling in the preparation for, planning of, and participation in audits and inspections and in support of other compliance deliverables
* Maintain oversight of Global Labeling vendors and service providers as part of vendor management program
* Manage labeling documentation key deliverables, including labeling document retirement and associated Change Controls
* Support Global Labeling Head & SLT in development and dissemination of communications to team, stakeholders, business partners, and GRA Management
* Provide project management support as needed
* Drive improvements, communication, and collaboration within Global Labeling and across the end-to-end labeling process
A minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting labeling development, implementation, or operations in the healthcare industry (e.g., Labeling Management within Pharmaceutical, Med Tech, or Consumer OTC) is required
* An understanding of labeling processes and systems is required
* Understanding of audit and inspection processes and deliverables is required
* A demonstrated proactive approach, experience participating in continuous improvement projects, and exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation and partnering skills is required
Preferred:
* Project or program management experience, experience in program/project management of quality and compliance activities associated with pharmaceutical labeling is preferred
* Planning, scheduling, facilitating meetings across broad stakeholder groups is preferred
* A successful track record of effectively/appropriately prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
* Experience working with dashboards and metrics (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Teams tools and apps is preferred
* Comfortable with developing/delivering communications in a variety of settings for diverse audiences (e.g., announcements, newsletters, presentations) is preferred
* An understanding of pharmaceutical drug development is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to drive a collaborative, customer-focused, learning culture is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200 USD The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
