Our client has offices throughout the UK including Leeds, London, Sheffield and Manchester providing services including Building Surveying and Health and Safety consultancy as well as Building Safety Act advisory services alongside wider services including cost management, project management and programme management to multiple construction sectors.
Are you a seasoned professional in Building Consultancy, Building Surveying, or Health and Safety Consultancy, ready to lead our team and shape the future of our consultancy offering?
We are searching for an experienced leader with a background in Building Surveying or CDM.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of high-performing consultants, managing client relationships, actively engaging in Business Development and delivering complex projects across various sectors, including education, leisure, healthcare, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop a team of surveyors, fostering growth and operational excellence.
2. Manage high-value, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
3. Drive business development initiatives, securing new opportunities and expanding our client base.
4. Oversee and manage a team providing technical expertise on CDM regulations, Building Safety Act, and Building Surveying.
About You:
1. MRICS, IMaPS qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in the construction industry.
2. Proven leadership in team development and client relationship management.
3. Strong commercial acumen and a track record in business development.
4. Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills and an approachable leadership style.
