About the school
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, providing one-to-one or small group support for students, and assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies. You will be contributing to planning and preparing lessons, assessments, and learning resources under the guidance of the teaching staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
* Have a Level Four qualification or higher as a Teaching Assistant.
* Have experience working with Children or young adults who have additional needs.
* A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
* You must be comfortable with personal care.
* Behaviour Management skills.
* You should be resilient and passionate about education.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Have a Level Four qualification or higher as a Teaching Assistant.
