We are seeking an Insurance Administrator to assist our Property Underwriter with renewals, new business, and mid-term policy alterations. Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supporting the Property Underwriter with policy administration, including processing renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
✔ Handling electronic filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records
✔ Preparing and managing correspondence with clients and insurers
✔ Answering and making phone calls to clients, brokers, and insurers in a professional manner
✔ Ensuring data is accurately maintained and updated
✔ General office duties to support the smooth running of the department

About You:
🔹 Strong organisational and administrative skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔹 Previous insurance experience is a plus but not essential
