Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, some of your responsibilities will include customer communications, quotations and order entry, along dealing with on-site customer pick-ups and deliveries. You will also coordinate with production and logistics to ensure a smooth service for their customers.
Pearsons Glass are a glass processing business based in Liverpool and have been in business since 1901 and are well respected within the industry. You will be working in the Processing and Heritage division and will work with customers in both sectors.
Ideal Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally 3 or more years working with
* Solid IT knowledge ideally working with an order entry/quotation system, CAD experience ideal but not required
* Great attention to detail as their products have exact requirements
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be a team player
* Experience in the glass processing industry (or similar) would be a bonus but not essential as they will teach you all you need to know
Location: On site at Pearsons Glass, L3 7EH. This is not a role which allows for working from home on a frequent or regular basis.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hours), lunch break 30mins per day
There is a two-week rota for this role with the expectation of occasional cover on different hours. Earliest start time 7.30am where required for cover.

They do not open on weekends or bank holidays. You need to be able to get to and from the site for these times. They are midway between two train stations. Please check you can get to us for the above shifts prior to applying.
Salary: £26,000
