Salary: Apprentice Corporate Rate (NLW) £22,071 per annum. £11.44 per hour
37 hours per week

If the answer is YES, we have several amazing Team Wigan Business Apprenticeship job opportunities available, working within various teams across Team Wigan.
Your role:
You will be expected to provide a full and comprehensive administrative support service to your designated team. This will involve dealing with internal and external customers both face to face and on the telephone, operating a variety of ICT systems, and providing general administrative support to the team.
You will also be required to spend a proportion of your time undertaking a relevant Level 3 Business Administration qualification and will gain a range of skills and experience whilst learning from your colleagues and training professionals.

You will be eager to learn, develop and grow, and committed to providing excellent customer care. You will have good communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external colleagues. You will work independently and manage your own time and deadlines whilst working as part of a team. You will work flexibly as part of a team to meet service needs, within the core hours of 7am - 7pm.

You will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by your manager and colleagues within your team and by the Employment Pathways and Apprenticeships team. As part of your learning, you will network with colleagues completing the Team Wigan Business Apprenticeship and support each other on your apprenticeship journey.
