Our client seeks a Full-time temporary ongoing Clerical officer based in their office in Omagh
Hours of work : Mon- Fri 9-5
Rate of pay £11.59per hour Duties include:
* Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
* Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
* Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
* Telephone duties.
* Customer service.
Criteria:
* 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English
* 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
* IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Beginner
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
