Accounts Assistant - Property Management Department
Salary up to £30,000 FTE

Part time or full time hours
Due to expansion, my client, a Chartered Surveyors firm in Leeds are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their Property Management department.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of client accounts.
* Managing the invoicing
* Responsible for the rent and service charge collection
* Paying invoices and monies over to clients
* Regular reporting to client
* Keeping the system up to date
Skills required
* Experience using Qube software or similar property management software
* Have experience in either commercial or residential property management accounts, but not essential.
* Good organisational and time-management abilities to ensure you meet required deadlines.
* Strong numerical skills & a background in accounts.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Be confident in managing full accounts processes.
