Hays is delighted to be recruiting for a full-time temporary personal assistant on behalf of an established organisation within their pensions team based in Perth for an initial 4-week period.
Your new role
In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the director and wider pensions and tax team, including managing diary management, minute taking, and handling correspondence. You will also be preparing documents, handling sensitive company information and maintaining confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role with a proven ability in diary management, managing correspondence, dealing with director-level executives and navigating various IT systems. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, high levels of professionalism and attention to detail. This role would be suited to someone seeking a short-term temporary assignment within the Perthshire area.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a hourly pay of £15-£17 (inclusive of holiday pay), generous holiday entitlement and the opportunity to work with an established and national organisation, reporting to the director within the pensions and tax team. After developing your knowledge of the company, systems and role responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
