Job Description Talent Business Partner Due to operational demand, we are recruiting a Talent Business Partner on a temporary basis for a global catering specialist organisation. The successful candidate will be going into a busy team to deliver top standard HR practice for all of their locations. The Role: Provide top class HR practice to a headcount of around 400 across the UK and Europe. Coaching managers and senior leaders within the region to build and develop leadership and people management capability. Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to recruit a varied portfolio of roles form entry level to senior management. Partnering with the business to implement a range of effective and pro-active HR and ER solutions. The Person: 3-4 years of strong knowledge and experience of HR, covering a breadth of activities from a generalist background CIPD qualified or HR related degree (desirable) Experience of recruiting top tier candidates across multiple sectors within an agency, search firm or in-house recruiting team. A positive, solution-based approach to challenges Strong experience with leading and conducting ER meetings such as disciplinary hearings, grievance and investigations.
