Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
About the Role
The Ofsted Registered Manager will oversee the delivery of our supported Group Living services, ensuring that we provide high-quality support to young people, in line with Ofsted regulations and best practices. You will lead a committed team of project managers and staff, driving excellence in service delivery while maintaining compliance and safeguarding standards.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective management, compliance, and service delivery of supported accommodation for young people aged 16+, in accordance with Ofsted regulations and Roundabout’s values and ethos.
The Registered Manager will provide leadership, oversee safeguarding practices, and ensure high-quality accommodation and support are delivered to enable young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted requirements and implement them effectively in all aspects of service delivery.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent knowledge of Ofsted and the specific needs of Looked After Children and vulnerable young people, a commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to foster a supportive, high-quality environment.
