This is a fantastic role with benefits on offer of: Opportunity to join one of the top selling firms in the ESPC Contribute to the success of a dynamic and respected legal practice Work within an efficient and professional team environment Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing professional development opportunities Job The role of Legal Cashier will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following: Reporting directly to the Head Cashier Collaborating with departmental heads and fee earners on client accounts Managing bank reconciliations for multiple accounts Handling billing tasks, including drafting and processing fees and credit notes Reviewing and approving banking transactions through bespoke databases & online banking platforms Generating periodic and ad-hoc financial reports Refining processes, procedures and controls Inducting and onboarding new clients Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including AML You As a Legal Cashier you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following: Minimum of 2 years'cashroom experience Excellent attention to detail Proficient in working accurately under pressure Ability to maintain outstanding internal and external working relationships Team player with strong organisational skills Capability to multi-task and adapt to flexible work schedules Good IT prowess, including proficiency in MS applications At Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our values are "striving for brilliance" and "relatability".
