A number of exiting opportunities has become available for Volunteers in RDaSH.
We currently have openings for :-
· 3 Volunteer roles in Poverty Proofing in the Strategic Team in Doncaster.
· 1 volunteer Fund raiser & events (often outside of normal working hours )

Poverty Proofing Support Volunteer:
To support the Strategic Development Team in the delivery of the Poverty Proofing programme.
The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
· Assist the service with patient consultations as part of the Poverty Proofing programme. This may be in-person or via telephone.
· Record the conversations accurately.
· Maintain patient confidentiality.
· Speak to patients, parents and carers in the department/clinic in a polite and friendly manner.
Volunteer Fundraising & Events
To assist with fundraising and events for Hearts and Minds charity
• Support fundraising events, may include meet & greet participants and spectators
• Assist with setting up and taking down equipment at events
• Event Stewarding, ensuring that the health and safety, risk assessments are adhered to.
• Provide admin support for events, registrations, information packs, ID badges etc.
• Help at stalls and assist with sales, tombola, raffle etc at events
