Psychology Graduate – September – Crewe
Prospero Teaching are looking for passionate and ambitious Psychology Graduates with a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs in a mainstream secondary school near Crewe. The students will be aged 7 – 18.

Minimum rate – £97 per day
Hours 8:30 am 4pm : Mon Fri (term time only)
Responsibilities:
Working with and providing support to children with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH needs
The willingness to provide an environment in which pupils can reach their full potential
The ability to build rapports with the children, supporting their social and behavioural needs, and acting as a mentor
Role Requirements:
Psychology (BA Hons) degree
Enhanced DBS (clean and relevant) Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching
Safeguarding certificate, prevent awareness, FGM – essential
Behaviour management training – desirable
A committed and enthusiastic attitude to work
Excellent communication skills and the ability to form new relationships
Desirable:
Previous experience working with young people
Good knowledge of SEMH needs
