Job summary We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner for 3 days per week, ideally Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8.30am-5.30pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch break. You will be supported by our friendly team of clinicians; 6 GP partners, 6 salaried GPs and a large nursing team. Our clinical team work closely to support each other, and regular team meetings are supported by the practice where our clinicians can communicate and suggest new and improved ways of working. Main duties of the job The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will act autonomously within their professional scope of practice to provide care for patients through face-to-face appointments, telephone triage and home visits. Operating within their own sphere of competence and agreed acceptable limits of practice the NP will provide expert professional clinical advice to patients, carers and colleagues, ensuring clinical safety and excellence.
