Having recently closed a significant funding round, we’re looking for a creative and highly motivated Head of Brand to elevate Different Dog into a market leader. This role is perfect for a bold, creative thinker who loves blending big-picture strategy with rolling up their sleeves to get into the nitty-gritty. What You’ll Do: · Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy drives awareness, engagement and growth. · Shape the Brand Voice: Be the brand guardian, you'll be the chief storyteller for Different Dog - owning and championing this, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints, both physical and digital. · Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely on cross-functional projects, including growth, marketing, and tech, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader business goals. · Lead & Develop a Best-in-Class Brand Marketing team · Own & Create the Brand Marketing Plan: Developing and executing overall brand strategy for new verticals and new product launches. Be accountable for campaign creation & execution on time and budget, across different media channels and work with the team to optimise brand marketing activity. · Advance the Creative Process: Creative is a key pillar of growth, enable the creative team to output high quality on brand, impactful creative at scale. What we’re looking for: · Passion about the Different Dog brand and the values associated with it. · 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in brand management or marketing within creative-led breakout or hero brand. · Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional at articulating a brand vision and inspiring others through clear, effective storytelling, balancing aesthetic and data. · Someone who can inject creativity into the brand, bring out it’s personality and create a warm connection with its audience. · Strategic Vision & Creative Execution: Ability to translate big ideas into actionable brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. · A non-traditional thinker who makes things happen and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. · The ability to inspire the team and develop influential and collaborative relationships both internally and externally. · High standards for operational excellence, effective project management and communication skills · Entrepreneurial Mindset: Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter and innovative problem solver who can flourish in a fast-paced environment and adjust work course according to business needs and priorities.
