You'll partner with our Executive Committee members and their Senior Leadership teams, influencing decision-making and leading on organisational change, talent and resource management and succession planning. You'll be crucial in implementing HR initiatives, driving performance, and fostering a compelling and inclusive work environment that's seen us set the pace in the hospitality industry for the past 282 years.
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE with hybrid working (minimum of 3 days a week in our Dunstable campus)

What You’ll Do:
5. Provide proactive, commercial, and strategic HR business partnering to the Finance & General Counsel functions, including the Executive Committee members and their Senior Leadership teams.
6. Influence decision-making, coach senior leaders and hold them accountable for key people priorities, including talent, inclusion, engagement, resource management, and performance management.
7. Partner Senior Leaders and their teams through organisation change and transformation, aligning people activities to business strategies and drivers, and the HR people agenda.
8. Involve the right people at the right time to deliver against people plans, collaboratively working with other HR and cross functional teams to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement.
What we need:
9. Significant HR Business Partnering experience gained within a corporate environment, partnering with senior leadership teams to Executive Committee level regularly.
10. Experience of partnering with Finance/General Counsel functions would be advantageous.
11. Experience in shaping people plan initiatives and leading on organisational or divisional transformation and change activities across large functional teams.
12. Excellent communicator, able to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
