In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of our Membership & Consultancy Success Team, ensuring our Health, Safety, Employment Law, and ISO members receive outstanding support and service. You’ll lead from the front, identifying opportunities for growth, enhancing member engagement, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading & Developing Your Team
* Manage and inspire a team to deliver excellence.
* Conduct 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring to develop individual strengths.
* Implement strategies to drive growth, retention, and member engagement.
* Align team objectives with overall business goals, ensuring success across the board.
Delivering Unrivalled Customer Service
* Be the first point of contact for members, directing enquiries or handling them personally.
* Offer expert guidance and support to ensure members always feel valued.
* Conduct service reviews, ensuring members get the best from their membership.
* Assist in SSIP applications and similar advisory tasks.
Driving Sales & Business Growth
* Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for members.
* Make outbound calls to promote services and secure new business.
* Arrange and attend sales meetings with potential members.
* Work closely with internal teams to identify and seize new revenue opportunities.
Ensuring Smooth Operations & Administration
* Manage training and consultancy bookings on our internal system.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all member interactions.
* Produce client training reports and proposals, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
* Support the SSIP scheme with admin and advisory duties.
* Ensure GDPR compliance in all member records and reporting.
What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in sales, customer service, and administration.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for team development.
Ability to self-manage, prioritise workloads, and meet business objectives.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety management systems and HR basics (a plus!).
