You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing compensation frameworks, benefits programmes, and recognition initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver reward strategies that drive employee engagement and business performance.
* Lead annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits enhancements in line with market trends.
* Oversee the company’s pension, healthcare, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring competitiveness.
* Provide expert guidance on benchmarking, job evaluations, and market insights to shape future initiatives.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure reward and benefits align with business goals.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in reward and benefits.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Reward & Benefits role within a fast-paced, consumer-led business.
* Strong understanding of global employment law, taxation, and compensation frameworks.
* Confident in leading salary benchmarking and pay structure development.
* Experience working with external suppliers and benefits providers.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
