About the Role Based at Chapel Wharf, our flagship development and largest apartment community to date, this role places you at the core of a vibrant, bustling complex with close to 1,000 apartments. Located in the lively Salford area, Chapel Wharf offers modern living spaces, excellent amenities, and superb transport links—all contributing to an unmatched work environment. With an impressive HomeViews score, this development is recognised for quality and resident satisfaction. As part of our innovative team, you'll be shaping the future of one of our most iconic projects. Working Pattern: There are 2 roles working 40 hours over 5 days on a 3 week rolling rota. These can be discussed at interview. What you will do (a full job description is available on the right hand side of this page) Managing resident and guest enquiries As one of the first points of contact with Dandara Living the highest level of customer service and professionalism is expected. Booking and overseeing resident amenity spaces Conducting move-in/out appointments, inventories, and meter readings Logging maintenance issues and key management Conducting viewings of the building and the apartments with potential residents Creating a community feel through communication, events, and innovations. Ensure maintenance issues are prioritised and closed promptly with the FM team Maintaining tidy and presentable amenity spaces Managing parking, noise complaints, and site-wide communications Coordinate and manage tenancy inspections, mid-term and at move-out Assisting with open days, events, and security walks Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, and cycle stores, are maintained and well-kept. Covering shifts when needed What you will have Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as booking systems Strong understanding of on-site H&S requirements ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable, but training provided) What we will offer you: Dandara is a market-leading developer in the living sector, delivering Build-to-Rent, Single Family Housing and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation.
