Job Description Deputy Nurse Manager (Supernumerary) 40 hours per week (08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00) Salary: £50,000 We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to provide leadership and support to our nursing team. This supernumerary role ensures the smooth operation of the nursing department, maintaining high standards of care for our residents. Set in the heart of the countryside, our beautiful nursing home offers residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. You will work closely with the Home Manager, who is also a registered nurse, to uphold excellence in care delivery. What we’re looking for Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration. Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and support a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with residents, families, and colleagues. In-depth knowledge of nursing home regulations, safeguarding, and infection control. Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and high-quality care environment.
