We are looking for a SIA Licenced Duty Manager to provide support to Site Officers, Colleagues and Customers in the provision of security and business support services within the region always adopting the principles contained within both the Colleague and Customer charters. Must hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA License Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role. Must have at least 3-years’ experience in the security guarding sector. Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: At all times display high levels of leadership, competence, and exercise a high degree of flexibility and personal initiative Ensure compliance with Account Health and Safety Risk Assessments Ensure that the security operation complies with all relevant statutory and client requirements for business as usual, production uplifts and special events First Line responder to any site emergency response incidents Maintain an active duty of care to all site-based staff by completing lone worker check calls and monitoring company book on and off activity via TrackTik Ownership & delivery of all daily/weekly reports required by the client relating to patrol software activity Be the site-based Corps Security representative and incident manager for out of hours operational events Ensure compliance with and the promotion of all current and new Corps Security/WBD policies and procedures putting forward recommendations where applicable Managing and dealing with absence and lateness managements Understanding and/or knowledge of Protect Duty/Martyn's Law would be advantageous Managing disciplinary matters, performance and conduct meeting, investigation, probation meeting and disciplinary hearings These are they key elements of the role, you may be asked to undertake additional duties as and when required.
